The owner of Heritage Insurance Brokers, Natalie Barnes began her business as a captive insurance agent in 2005. She was able to build a satisfied customer base servicing Illinois and Indiana customers for twelve years. It is in 2017 that Natalie and her staff are expanding their reach and becoming an independent agency, which will provide a much broader spectrum of products and services in order to meet the needs of all of their customers.
